Information we collect

When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address, company and message. Please do not include sensitive or confidential information unless necessary and you are authorised to share it.

We also collect basic technical and usage information when you visit the website. This may include your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, time spent on the site and the date and time of your visit. We may receive this information through server logs, cookies or an analytics service.

If you communicate with us outside the website, we may retain that communication and your contact details.

How we use information

We use personal data to:

  • respond to enquiries and discuss potential work;
  • provide, operate, secure and improve the website;
  • understand how visitors find and use the website;
  • diagnose technical problems and prevent misuse or security incidents;
  • maintain business records and manage our professional relationships; and
  • comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Where applicable, we process data with your consent, to take steps before entering a contract, for our legitimate business interests, or to comply with law. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use information submitted through the contact form for unrelated advertising.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for the website to function, remember limited preferences, protect forms and measure site usage.

Analytics may tell us which pages are visited and how visitors move through the site. Where required, we ask for consent before using non-essential analytics cookies. You can reject or delete cookies through your browser settings, although disabling necessary cookies may affect the website.

Third-party service providers

We may share personal data with service providers that help us run the website, including hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics providers and the provider that processes or delivers contact-form submissions. These providers may process data only to provide services to us and under appropriate contractual and security obligations.

Some providers may process data outside India or your country. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms and safeguards. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect legal rights or in connection with a transfer of our business.

How long we keep information

We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction, unless the enquiry leads to a client relationship or a longer period is needed for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. Client records are retained according to the relevant agreement and applicable law.

Analytics data is normally kept for up to 14 months. Security and server logs are normally kept for up to 90 days. We may retain aggregated or anonymised information that no longer identifies an individual. We delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer reasonably needed.

Security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights over your personal data.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where applicable, these may include the right to obtain information about personal data being processed and with whom it has been shared, ask for correction, completion, updating or erasure, withdraw consent, use our grievance process and nominate another person to exercise certain rights in the event of death or incapacity.

Under the EU or UK GDPR, where applicable, you may have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal data; object to certain processing; receive portable data; withdraw consent; and complain to the supervisory authority in your country. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

To make a request, email us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the website. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website, our practices or the law. We will post the revised policy here and change the effective date. Material changes may also be highlighted on the website where appropriate.
